Just a friendly reminder to all you dedicated 'sports fans' out there. If your star pitcher is currently on the mound throwing a no-hitter late into the 8th inning please feel free to NOT run into the room I'm in screaming about it. Your conscious referencing of the possible no-no is a big no-no. One of the most time-honored jinxes in all of baseball lore: you obviously don't talk about it until the last out....unless of course you don't want it to happen! And so, to all those that are or will be in the Red Sox starting rotation this season, Congratulations on all those No-hitters you are going to pitch!
