The Sox need to shore up the bullpen.and add another bat, big papi seems to be done.
Third? I think the difference between the Red Sox, Yankees and Rays will be less than 5 games no matter who wins the division.
The Red Sox also need to avoid any more injuries in their rotation.
The Yankess will win the division. I think the Sawx finish 2nd just ahead of the Rays but that battle could go either way.
It definitely won’t be the Blue Jays though. The Orioles might finish above the Jays before it’s all said and done.

The most utterly preposterous claim I have ever seen on a blog. Without question they have the best rotation in baseball and easily enough pop to get it done offensively. Once the trade deadline hits and they deal for Adrian Gonzalez anything short of a world series title will be a disappointment.
